This return policy is applicable to all customers residing in or receiving shipments in the following countries:

Returns for Defective Products Only
Eligibility: We only accept returns if the oriental rug you received is defective. Defects include issues such as material flaws, manufacturing errors, and clear damages that are not a result of normal wear and tear or improper handling after delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery: We strongly encourage customers to inspect their oriental rug immediately upon receipt. If you believe your rug is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Proof of Defect: When requesting a return due to a defect, please provide photographs or a detailed description of the issue. Upon evaluation and confirmation of the defect by our Quality Control Team, we will authorize a return.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace a rug, you must first go through the defect return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for a different rug.
Return Process
Contact Us: Initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your rug by emailing us at museeltd@gmail.com or visiting our contact page.
Approval & Instructions: After verifying the defect, we will provide you with return authorization and instructions on how to properly pack and ship the rug back to us.
Return Shipping: Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned rug and confirm the defect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important Notes
Condition of Return: Rugs must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all original labels, documentation, and packaging.
Unauthorized Returns: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
